Welcome to Forum mafia 18 Pick Your Power edition! (With a Club theme)

I. The Schedule:

72 Hour Days 24 Hour Nights

  • If you don't submit actions by the deadline I will consider you taking no action.

II The Set Up:

Some Basic details:

  • The Mafia to Town Ratio is 3:11
  • Mafia have DayTalk

The set up itself:

  • You will first get an Alignment pm Town or Mafia and you're alignment can not change

Example PM

Welcome xSoniaNeverMindx! You are aligned with the Town.

You will win when all threats to the town are eliminated.

"Oh you're one of those good guys huh? Figures anyway welcome to the club enjoy your stay! Just try not to get yourself hurt..."

Welcome Ripple! You are aligned with the Mafia.

You are partners with (Player name) and (Player name) you share a day talk here (url here)

Each night, one of you or your partners may perform the factional kill. You may kill and perform your role action during the same night.

"I knew some people would try and rebel against this lovely club don't worry though I'm not one to judge just don't get caught too early eh?"

To confirm that you know your alignment, you must send me a number for the draft along with what you're alignment is

The draft will then start

The lowest unique number will draft first, followed by the next unique numbers in lowest > highest order, then the Highest duplicate numbers > Lowest duplicates.

Example PM:

"Well done you have placed (number) in the draft now please pick from this list!

  • Doctor or Role Blocker
  • 1 shot Vigilante or 1 Shot Granny
  • Cop or 1 Shot Driver
  • 1 hit Bp or Bomb
  • Jailer or Tracker
  • Night 3 Vigilante or Hunter
  • Role Cop or Universal Backup
  • Follower or Voyeur

If you pick a slot that someone higher in the draft then you picked you will be vanilla/goon

After this will you get a final role PM and you must PM me back with your role what you do and what side you are on.

Matt, I just said it would only clear my role, if you would read...

And Gerry, I already said that too, you two are legit asking the same questions over and over, I already responded to shears saying, "I did not care about the role of the person, even if they were Cop, that would suck, but they were saved from dying throughout the night, and this would clear me from future instances.

I didn't base my jail off of my reads, I based it off of the draft, what do you not understand about that.
why would you want to role block someone high in the draft. When I said it was perfectly fine to role block me instead.
Was the whole point of the night not for me to try and clear myself? Anyone high on the list would be likely PR, and have an action I block at night, which would auto clear me as jailer, doesn't make me town, doesnt make me mafia, but my role would be known.
this makes. 0 sense. Why would you wanna block a PR as town. I don't get it. You'd risk a cop report just to be cleared? (when you'd just die next night)

Yeah no i refuse to believe you tried to clear yourself by blocking the role of someone you thought was town and was high on the list.

Even if i did confirm i was roleblocked, how would it clear you if BOTH scum and town can be your role?

Roleblocking abilities tend to be more helpful for mafia than town as the towns range for roleblocking someone not on their faction is so much lower.

Jailer is perfect for scum because 1.can block town prs 2.can save maf buddy if they feel that their partner will be vigged.
I didnt say I wanted a protective role? I said that the 1 role I wanted to play as after looking through the list was jailer! :)

Gerry, I didn't pick based on what I thought was important for the game or what I thought the town needed, I picked what I wanted to play honestly.

But now looking at it, yes there were many more viable options for me, and I should've taken tracker over jailer.

If Jailer was to jail a Granny who used her alert.
I was waiting for someone to ask me lol

Granny 1 shot takes priority over everything so in the instance your asking if jailer tried to jail a granny on alert the jailer would die.
