Okay, so it seems like the best idea is to just keep it 6 v 6 v 6 and do point scoring, rather than eliminate people each round. Please don't hate me for that.
Now that all teams are ready, I'm going to get the game underway.
I am not really a banner expert, in the case of my banner (total masterpiece by the way), I just had a little play around with the manual size changer and figured I was good to go.
What's a good size for a banner?
728 x 270?

Trying to convince my team to name ourselves 'team homophobes' whilst Jeff is afk. They aren't having it though

Okay, now that everyone has got in contact with their teammates, we can begin. The first task is very simple, and should encourage you to start working towards something together. Each team is going to need a banner, and this challenge is put in place to do just that.
Banners will be scored on creativity, humour, and how interesting they are. Immaculate art and design work is not essential, however some additional points will be rewarded for aesthetic. Banners which are all over the place will be marked down.
Feel free to use a web page like Flockdraw, or assign your best Photoshopper/MS Painter to the task whilst you contribute ideas. Don’t feel inclined to spend too long working on this, as there’s no need to be a perfectionist.
It doesn’t need to look like this:
Here is a good example:
As you can imagine, I obviously did a cracking job of this myself:
