How can you say that the email thing wasn't that serious
She sent emails from her own personal emails instead of a government email address the end
Allowing easy access from domestic and foreign hackers to access classified information of national security, and then deleting them all and lying about it to cover her butt

not to mention her lawyers/workers had no security clearance either and had free roam on her servers

the director only called her "negligent and extremely careless"

so yeah the end
Extreme carelessness does not equal negligence.

It was proven that she knowingly was using a private server, and knew she wasn't supposed to
