God i legit hate the gender is fluid . Gender is a social construct as in what is socially normal for a boy or girl to do. It has nothing to do with sex.

Yep it was. Or the fact i was a child once and didn't start looking into sex stuff until i was shown by someone else.

Ok but being shown by someone else is probably nicer than learning the hard way and additionally thinking of it as a taboo subject.

I don't see a problem with trans people using the change rooms of their identified gender, but from the way you guys are arguing i.e you're not looking at anyone but yourself in change rooms, theres no point for gendered change rooms at all

@Flea So if a transwoman hasn't had surgery yet, but looks passing and is wearing a dress we have to send her into the mens bathroom because of their genitalia?

I mean, you're basing your argument of not wanting to have to explain gender fluidity to your said children but wouldn't the same issue come up if a transwoman was undressing in the mens locker room anyways

(or since you used a daughter as an example, a transmale in the womens locker room)

I was informed fairly early of all this stuff but I'd say I'm on the late side when it comes to being interested in any of it. I think that has more to do with when your child goes through puberty, what their personality is, and what's encouraged by the people they hang out with, which doesn't have much to do with seeing a hotdog or a bun in a locker room, so I still think you're over-dramatizing this.

I don't know what it's like to be transexual or whether it's especially important to someone who is transexual which locker room they have to use.
