some schools around here are 6th grade and up but itd be more of 13 or 14 year olds. But are they going to start enforcing this on places like the ymca or gyms?

Granted idk what school has 12 year olds with 18 year olds in the bathroom but that's okay.

And saying they'll take away their funding for not abiding isn't really different from it being a law.

My main thing is the locker room, where there is no privacy. Why do they have to use the opposite genders shower and locker room. Saying you haven't seen anyone naked in the locker room is just a lie. This is a gross over stepping of government powers, to enforce a disturbing agenda.

They're not forcing anyone to do anything. They sent a very strongly worded letter, which has no legal authority.

And in any case, letting transgender people use the restroom they like really isn't the end of the world. When you are at the urinal, do you make a point of checking out everyone's package?
