Well you have a 71% chance of flipping town in STBS so it will balance as the sample space spreads out

untitled is not that town sided, dont forget that jan can jan prs, the gun can be sabbed, and cop dies after outing because theres no doc. actually won a game as maf in that setup on d1 yesterday, dont remember how

Yeah, but on the other hand STBS is actually pretty difficult for the average town to win.
With "untitled" all you have to do is mass claim and chances are at least two mafia will end up mechanically confirmed at some point.
Mafia is forced to either leave all of the PRs uncc'd or cc into a possible autoloss scenario on day one if you mass claim, unless they janned a PR in which case you'll know when that PR claim doesn't die after you all mass claimed.
STBS seems better to run on because the townpoints really add up by day 6 or 7

It's f***** awful but there is almost no logical reason to play anything else if you intend to run because it is hard to lose if you mass claim on day one.
