But if you're purposefully n1ing the same person over and over to grief them then certainly that person should be allowed to say "hey, can you stop joining games with me in them since I actually want to play."
or join doc setups or know that the guy only has a 1/3 or 1/4 chance to roll mafia

The mafia team is X and Y. X wants to kill Z n1 because Z is very good at the game. Y refuses because Z is his friend and he wants to play with Z because he's fun.

Day 1, Z catches both mafia and leads town in lynching them both.

Did Y throw?

That should be no vio'd but since it's obvious Fox is being targeted she should be allowed to ask NumLocke to leave a game if she's already in it and doesn't want to get n1'd

Does that not seem fair?
fox should just dodge the player or make his/her own game and ask him to not join
The concern with that report inparticular is that they are playing at EU timezones, and there aren't many tables up for grabs around those hours.
well if those are the only tables up then fox is right it is not fair he kept rolling mafia and killing her any chance he got cuz im sure she wants to play the game

In all honesty, I'd just encourage that in the event that either NumLocke or Fox flip mafia, they opt for their partner to select the kill.

That's fair too - I'm not saying that Fox should be able to join a game and bully NumLocke out of it, just that there should be some way for her to avoid him without impeding his ability to play games too much as well.

Optimally you should always fearkill in setups with no protective roles, but meh.

If you're disputing your team's wincon for the sake of a grudge than it can fall under throwing but generally n1 actions are allowed to be arbitrary.

ive been reported so many times for n1ing ppl and its always a no vio

mafia is allowed to kill whoever they want and if someone wants to n1 someone they hate then so be it

It exists, and if it happens often enough it should be fair to want that person to not lobby camp you. Then it would fall under lobby camping.
