Mods aren't allowed to touch gold hearts if they're running after day like 5 I think or at least that's how it was. The every three rounds rule was sorta dumb especially considering how very few of the mods actually care about winning a trophy

if i was admin i wouldn't let mods who are running touch gold heart because questions of bias may arise and that isn't very good for business imo
but i'd make the 2 rounds between runs rule a 1 round rule since once every three rounds is basically once a month and that's a long time to wait sometimes

So long as the mod isn't moderating gold heart games then they can run. I could only see a team needing mods to moderate gold heart games if a.) the team was at record low numbers b.) if there was an unusually high number of reports.

Pranay, the guidelines dating back 20 months outline conditions under which ISP can be refunded.
as long as mods who run do gold heart reports unbiasedly like they're suppose to anyways there's no reason for either (not being able to run and not being able to moderate gold heart games)
