the town's at a huge disadvantage regardless if they think that the santa is mafia and are put in day two mylo. if they lynch the confirmed mafia santa gets hooked that night and they just lynch him tomorrow

nope, the cop decided not to claim and thus didn't inform the town of a confirmed mafia which puts the entire town at a huge disadvantage and hence warrants a refund.
i dont understand how a cop acknowledging that he was inno'd by his cc and not claiming cop is ISP and not GT. He's not a noob that doesn't know what a cop does. He's been a cop in other games.

Also considering how most of the reports are people reporting each other for voting wrong in fancy pants why does it matter if a mod runs a lot especially since if they aren't in a trophy position they can do them again
if a mod was going to be biased it wouldn't matter at which point in their run they do it because wins are wins regardless of how many points in a run you already have. this rule is nice and was put into place shortly before the last time i left the mod team but if it were up to me, i would do it in the way i mentioned in my post you quoted here
