MENTOR PARTNERS : Pingu and MapReduce

Okay so I have officially been made a mentor of epic mafia, however I would like to run my own mentor program as well. The way I would like to handle this is perhaps slightly different than some others. Also they have restricted me to a certain amount of 'official' mentees.

If you decide I am the right mentor for you, we will have a casual relationship that is more along the lines of friends, than teacher/student. For me this is a 2 way learning relationship, I will learn from you and you will learn from me.

My focus will be for basic - intermediate mentees who wish to build upon their mafia skills. My mentees should feel free to message me any time of day through my inbox with questions regarding gameplay, setups or individual skills. I am also available on skype if you would like to add me. I am not only offering you my own knowledge but also from the vast network of players I communicate with. The family in which I run competitively for has a vast wealth of experience to share (including 8 different trophy winners). The new and upcoming family I lead has a combination of new and old players willing to share knowledge. (also multiple trophy winners). This is not to mention all the other friends I have made while playing on the site. I am also willing to refer my mentees to other friends and mentors to help them develop different aspects of their game.

On a more personal note, I would love to personally play games with all my mentees and give advice and examples. I will teach basic mentees in basic setups such as classic and fancy pants. Here we can learn the basic mechanics of the game, learn the lingo and also develop fundamental skills. Intermediate mentees may want to try a variety of setups and learn to apply the fundamental basics to a range of situations. This then leads into finally gearing towards competitive play and even chasing that elusive main lobby trophy. Mentees will be welcome to play with me and my friends for further enrichment.

In terms of advanced mentoring, I cannot profess to be a perfect player nor anything close to it. This is why I want to implement a mentoring program that resembles a partnership. Advanced players who have already blooded in competitive play may be interested. Together we can evaluate eachother playstyle and weaknesses and then work on them in game. Please do not hesitate to ask for this kind of mentorship. I am willing to share my greatest insights into epic mafia success and I hope you will return the favour!
