I work retail and I'm a freelance writer, both of which require me to respond to people in a calm, collected and professional matter.
If I acted "sassy" or improper, I would be fired/wouldn't receive work.

I bet its someone with a secret Modship. I heard there are some who have mod powers but are not on the mod list.

ghost mods are wiped whenever there's a cookie reset, and cookie resets are really frequent rn. you can't make them without leaving some sort of mod action trail anyway.

way easier and more efficient to just hack an existing mod.
