I'd like to think everyone is being quite calm actually? Seems the problem only lies with me, because I disagree with the behaviour of some of the staff -- which is an opinion I am entitled to hold.
Even if it's not a "real job," I'd like to think a bit of professionalism can be maintained. I'm not just now, but in the past quite a few moderators have acted improperly and I've voiced an opinion on that. It's not a sin, but apparently to you it is.

I work retail and I'm a freelance writer, both of which require me to respond to people in a calm, collected and professional matter.
If I acted "sassy" or improper, I would be fired/wouldn't receive work.
