Seeing as people like making alts, why not give them the chance to buy forum posting, the ability to join a family, the ability to +K (not sure why anyone cares about this), the ability to post on profiles and reports, the ability to +/- comments, and the ability to join comp.
This is only something you can buy if you already have 2,000+ points on your main account.
this is cool because if banned users decide to exploit this, they have to spend money, and that's the only reason those hurdles exist in the first place
