It's hard to judge who is mod material and who isn't but for the most part I look for people who are flexible and sometimes maybe not always the easiest to work with but have a good work ethic, without being too domineering like a Riddler of course

Good mods

- People who can do reports and meet quota
- Have a good establishment of the rules and how to enforce them
- Don't have an alienating mindset towards moderating and manage to NOT be reclusive towards everyone

Bad mods

- Can't do reports
- Inflated ego because they have a star behind their name
- Can't work with others or believes they can't do anything wrong, not willing to admit a mistake
