Do you think there's a tendency within the mod team towards a sort of "us versus them" mentality when it comes to dealing with average users?

Sometimes, which I don't like. I mean, of course we're the moderators and we're supposed to be upholding what is right but that doesn't mean the community isn't allowed to have their say either, and that we should ignore them. I think a good mod has a balance between what is important and what is merely someone trying to argue for the sake of arguing, unless I completely missed what you were trying to say somehow.

what are your current issues with the current team/administration

Due to Sims' relaxed and hands-off approach to things, it can be quite boring so I don't check the mod chat often
