This is not a complaint, I am rather enjoying this, and have no reason to ask that it stop.

Mist explains the situation, and yet the appeal sits in open reports for 6 hours. Giga and Jaleb vote to overturn, but apperantly need more confirmation before overturning the obvious GRS. Report remains open after Jaleb finally changes the verdict.
I once received a note from mist for complaining about noavis in unranked games. Funny thing is, the noavi was raging at me and insulted me a lot even after I stopped picking with him, but I was the only one that got a vio. This is the kind of thing that keeps me and many people from purchasing Epicmafia merchandise.
Sometimes I went into the report lobby to see the drama that was happening on the site. I decided it would be worth a shot to actually give my input on if they should be vio'd or not. Plus I wanted to talk to the people with stars next to their name. (All of the ones I was originally going to talk to left with bell)

I guess I can see the thrill in killing cheaters. It is like being an executioner.
Dev, when you get blocked from playing for 5 minutes and the next thing you do is sui again, that means you repeatedly sui'd. you did it multiple times. meaning it warrants a report. not necessarily a vio, but i'd let the mods handle it. I was trying to prevent even more suis from the suspect by reporting him early.
The point of adding it to this thread is because the mod was completely ignorant to the fact that GRS and RS are 2 different things.

u reported someone who at the time had played 2 games and suicided, you clearly don't know the threshold needed for the repeated suicide violation also it's not even abc lol
I report for GRS after a new player who i believed at the time could be ABC began the day by Suiciding in 2 consecutive games in a matter of 15 minutes.
Scubasteve gives the report no-vio because "Doesn't seem game related." Those are 2 different things Scuba..
Are you stupid? Calling someone a homosexual is HC. Being a gay is forbidden in many cultures. It carries the same weight as calling someone a child molester. Just because being a gay is legal in your country doesn't mean it isn't a hateful thing to say. Your privilege is showing your filthy tumblrites.

This has always been the case. Gold stars seldom make their way in to controversial areas on the forums because the admins advise them not to.
I'm amazed slow and myself are the only mods active on this topic

for what it's worth, i'm less lenient with HC for the exact reason that the first vio is a warning. same with OGI

in kenny's defense, the first step being a warning was always stupid and i remember bringing that point up a long time ago, if they broke the rule they broke the rule. what are you warning them for?
he's not condoning racism. he clearly recognised that the person broke the rule and also clearly recognised that a warning meant there was no suspension, and mistakenly thought that no suspension = no applied violation. it's a misinterpretation of the rule system.
