Hey now, I like Slow, and I'm pretty sure Sims does so he has 2 friends. He just needs to stop behaving like a complete child about modding.

The first time I met Alex ...

I thought he was super, super weird on our first date. Like, possibly a crazy person.
Mainly because he showed me pics of a disembodied b(oo)b on his phone (that he had biopsied for cancer; he's not a serial killer, just a dr) and gave me a (long, meandering, weird) lecture about the importance of doing self-breast exams so a not to end up like said disembodied .
I texted me bff immediately after all, "I HAVE THE BEST STORY, I WENT ON A DATE WITH A CRAZY NUTTER". But then we had this great conversation over text, and our first date was pretty great until all the talk, which all led to a really great second date, and he was like, 'I can't believe you went out with me again, I was just nervous, and you asked about my job, and I way word-vomited'
Anyway, I tell that story all the time now, his family thought it was hysterical at Thanksgiving. His mom laughed so hard she cried actual tears, lol. So now we have a really great first date story :)
And he sends us all - my family and his - the occasional cautionary email (look at this lung! Don't smoke, all of you! Check out this leg bone! That white part is cancer, and it has replaced the whole bone! Go straight to the dr when you have pain!).
I don't even know, you guys. I find it really endearing now?

well you jump to extremes when making character judgements and basically said that if i hold a dude accountable for what he says/does i must be soemone with approx. 0 friends irl, so if that's not what you meant then i might need to retake high school english

The first time I met Alex, I completely wrote him off because of his little spat with appleofmyeye, specifically the comments that he'd made to projectmatt. After spending a long time with him on the forums, I realised that he's actually a really decent guy, and even though I do not condone some of his input, I'm willing to overlook it.

might have something to do with habitually making fun of people with mental illness and using ableist slurs remorselessly.

This isn't something that I've seen him do, nor is it something that I would imagine is indicative of him as a person. He had a knack for being respectful and considerate towards most people, especially those who showed him the same. If you want to define someone by one negative trait, then you're probably looking at a life without friendship.

to be fair billstickers is a bad person, arcbell just happened to target all the other relatively decent folk on the mod team
