Have the mods released an official statement or come to an official verdict regarding this? The report was closed but nothing was written on it. The case seemed pretty airtight to me, so I don't really see why you'd close it unless you had pretty good evidence that suggests that she didn't cheat...

i wasn't the one that closed the reports but i'm pretty sure they were only closed to clean up the IP queue, as having the report IP doesn't really affect anything

it's not my question to answer, as i've already repeatedly said i think prevail cheated and also cheated 6 months ago, and should've been perma banned from the site before this issue even arose, and would've been if arcbell wasn't in love with an internet teenager and managed to convince jasper not to ban prevail just because the internet teenager didn't want him to

i shouldn't need to say all of that again, but here it is anyway

And if it isn't your question to answer then go tell another mod who's on the case to come in and answer it. Mods have been viewing these threads ever since the paste was made without writing a thing.

by the rules, she's only been caught cheating one time, and she has a single friend on the mod team who didn't participate in the investigation

Yeah "caught" once because all of the chips fell down in a similar way to how they did this time: alts that didn't play for a long time rolesharing with Prevail playing with her during her BSH rounds. She's also cheated with rawrfx and Roshiez though.

We're (or I'm) not asking for private information, we're asking for reasoning behind WHY this isn't cheating. What is the reason for not giving it out? Why close the report silently?
