Patrick & Slow would make fine friends, perhaps BFFLs. I think you two would've made great friends in elementary school, playing kickball and sitting together at lunch, poking fun at the kid who looks like Brainy from Hey Arnold. I think your friendship would have a "go-with-the-flow" sort of feel, and although you two would never know what to do when together, you'd always find a way to have a good time while doing nothing. Being able to find enjoyment in the simple things with a friend of old is a valuable trait, and although neither of you would be particularly vocal about your dope friendship, it'd be real. I think in your old age though, you'd eventually grow apart unless you were neighbors, as the hustle and bustle of adulthood makes idle time a thing of the past. You both could've been characters in Stand By Me. No one in particular, but does anyone have as good of friends as they did when they were 12?
