Sparker town, votes nl at 3way. Mod reasoning was that Sparker believed he was losing the game anyways, so he ensures it by nling as town.

I know this is an abc/thrower account. I didn't mention that in the report because they wouldn't just take my word for it. He plays a few games this round and they go well for one of our trophyers. As a bonus I'm thinking this account won't ever play again

If the only difference between a refund and no refund is the sole living clear getting mled because he didn't claim and lynched at lylo because he didn't claim then you probably have too literal an interpretation of a "spirit of the game" rule
there is nothing wrong with literal interpretations. if a literal interpretation leads to an illogical conclusion such as this, the blame lies in parameters.

yeah, it's a poorly written rule that exists pretty much exclusively to cut down on scrounging
