yeah, i think mod chat only really went downhill when vancy became admin and modded calvin.

i probably gave calvin too much flak but he really did make mod chat pretty awful.

in retrospect, all of the best admins (being sachy alex and dan) were the ones that made the mod chat fun to be in.

That was a nice analysis; thank you. I think you're pretty right that I can handle complaints a bit too emotionally and such. Also that's good advice thanks, I'm definitely gonna have to branch out in terms of my personality to make friends in the dorms since I tend to be fairly introverted, but I'm very excited

Yeah dude - my advice is don't be afraid to be friendly with people you would not have been friends with in high school (even though you're homeschooled, i guess the point is to try and befriend people outside the paradigm of people you usually associate with).

dan did a really good job at making the mod chat seem more social and active which i praise him for, i usually loathe modchat but everyone seemed to enjoy each other and i had good times just talking to everyone
