So I've played about 5 or 6 games now and I'm often in over my head. I have looked at the roles and understand them, but find there's a lot of terminology I don't get. I've tried the wiki but that doesn't cover it either. People jump to decisions so quickly and Im finding that a lot of games just aren't fun because people get pushy and you have no time to think.
Can anyone guide me as to where to start. Or maybe PM me, I have some questions id like to ask.

I don't rely on my gut because CM/FP has killed the basis for and the way people play this game. Without a core everything I used to base reads on is invalid so me playing now is mostly soul searching.
If you must know, all of my success in game came from holding people up to the idealisms of "the game of mafia". If you're playing towards that you can show town simply through your actions and if you're scum you have a really high road to overcome to outdo both me and any town fulfilling this. The failure in this comes when mafia meet the core of this and town refuse to even approach it because it's my bias. It's the main reason I solely use this account to play comp because it's what I'll always aim for.

i always thought shivv and pranay were the same person with slightly different personas because they both are outrageously annoying in the same type of way and they don't understand how weird they act, but finding out that they are both indian may explain this somehow
