the mentor thing should really get some reform seriously, get some ideas for someone who is innovative. If the mentor crap was more publicized and actually ran to improve people and help them progress from FP to competitive, I really think that more people would sign up. And it would put an end to 2 pages of FP for every 1 game of comp.
