One dude said the r-word and I gave it a verbal warning/no vio as I felt the instance wasnt servere enough to warrant a violation, and I have done that in most cases

The R word isn't a slur. If it were, the FCC would moderate it. The FCC is probably more respectable than the EM volunteer janitor squad, imo.

It's not auto hc, you usually get a number of warnings. Took pranay a couple of violations to catch on, though.

It wasn't hateful comments until the EM SJW party took control of the senate (this year). In fact the r word and autist were so common as insults in competitive games that they're still probably the most used words in site history
