Change IC to censor bypass, and anything that's inappropriate can go under x-rated.

HC should be used when slurs are used excessively an, maybe like 4+ times/game. It's usually censored in the forums. If someone is infact hateful on the forums then that's easy to weed out through the effort they would take to attack a certain group by bypassing the censor and such.

I don't really agree with the Harass division but if you do divide it, IMO, out of game should be far more strict than in game.

Harrassment has always been a very gray area it needs to be more defined, and mod consistancy/written precedents should be put in place.

Bad sportsmanship and mad at lossing an argument.

Excessive use of slurs or use of the N word for HC.

Censor Bypassing and lower to 3 vio's rather than 4 and have it go warning 24 hour forum suspension then forum ban until all vios expire.
