Disney is amazing. And yeah 100% what itg321 just said. If you're too stubborn to do fastpass you will spend over half your day in lines.

To optimize fun stick to rides with "mountain" in the name. Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain. Honorable mention to Expedition Everest which involves a mountain but does not have mountain in the name and is therefore slightly inferior.
