You guys don't know how many reports Steven helped with while I was a mod btw--just from me asking him to double check my verdict or how to handle something from a precedent standpoint. He was always willing to help and certainly contributed to a low OT rate and me having the confidence to handle some of the sticky reports. :)

really wasn't. he was relatively inactive the first time nad did almost nothing the following times. He was like Rondar, except without the great first time. he wasnt' bad but just... average.
knowing how to do reports isnt that important if you dont actually do them
