It's pretty easy to understand. The actress looks like what they act as, always. That's what actress does.

it's too late to demod kino. the decision was made not to demod her and it would be wrong to demod her now if she has done nothing demod-worthy since
The example she sets is a perfectly legitimate reason.

Hima, moocow and Katie all fall under the lazy mod bracket and should go, too. Moocow has as many overturned reports as Tashie, Pereking and Gennehfarr put together, having done 25% of the reports they have.

The mods won't even answer me when I ask to check the status of my application lawl.

If I published those stats and someone had dropped to orange or red, then 3 in 4 times that person would pick up a lot more reports because they knew they would be demodded if they didn't.

No longer the threat of that so now mods laugh about being lazy.

Keep banging on about it. Burying your head just allows problems to fester and grow. Mods should push each other to be better. Part of the reason I did those Mod Stats as a mod/admin was to not just show who was lazy and make them improve or be removed, but to encourage mods to try to do more than other mods they had similar stats to. It was actually sort of competitive, and it worked.
Most mods (and myself sometimes) are afraid that being against something will make the other mods complain about them and inevitably try and push them out for not being in agreement with the majority.
How'd you get pushed out if no one gets demodded
