This was because Slow was at a point where he made bad forum posts for a mod, after he had been told to tone it down. I agreed with Vancy when he said this. Slow wouldn't do it, so Vancy stepped in to show him what he could do. I honestly would still back him for it.

well, i've got to disagree with you there. vancy was constantly flexing his authority to slow and took his cheating investigations for granted.

vancy is definitely not a piece of ****, that's for sure. he's a lovely guy. but what bear went through shouldn't be downplayed in the slightest. he was treated like crap

If you can't refrain from being rude to people while in a position of power, you shouldn't be a mod. It's as simple as that.

Vancy was not a piece of **** in the slightest. Vancy never asked Slow for a lot, all he asked Slow to do was to stop being rude to people while he was a mod, because he wanted to keep everything professional looking at least. Slow just kept saying things like "I'll meet you half way" and never stopped his posting. Toward the end it wasn't that bad and I agree Vancy may have nit picked it, but definitely when he was first implementing it, it was a problem.

To be fair, Vancy was never asking for a lot and Slow did have some trouble with authority while he was a mod.
