Why is Retti modded? How many other people were overlooked to remod someone who dramatically left modding and the site stating he would never come back again?

I also had a load of wins refunded (and had more 4 more hearts than you whilst only being 1 win behind you at the time anyway), but I sucked it up, and won gold anyway. I guess sometimes the cookie just crumbles out of your favour.
