I too believe lynching without scumhunting is better than lynching with scumhunting. In fact, I believe all lynches should be chosen at random.

Normal setup. 2 celebrities. A gunsmith. My dear person, I do believe what you were looking for was "aberrant setup". The only way this is normal is if you're using A&D as a base. (An incredibly unbalanced setup.)
