5-6 mods wanted to go against the admin's decision. this mod team is faithful.

it's not just going against the admin, to be honest the investigation was drawn out too long and there was just poor communication/rushing today because of it, so everyone is a bit responsible. but hopefully this will be seen as something of a positive ending.

Regarding the round, I am currently abroad so I have not been able to be very active for the past few days, but having just read through the Hastebins I agree there was cheating going on, even though it seemed as if careful measures were taken to make it seem like it was a coincidence. I believe there were fair arguments from both parties on the mod team, which was why it took a very long time deciding an outcome in order to minimise injustice. Having said that, there should indeed have been better communication in retaining the jurisdiction once it was given out.

In any case, I know I'm not entitled to say anything in my position as of now, but I believe the right thing was done, albeit it being a bit extreme.

Actually all of these recent happenings are quite heartening. It is nice to see a great deal of people expressing their genuine concern for this community. I think the mods are dealing with this fairly well and complaining about them is just ****** tbh. Just enjoy playing em.
