Don't restart the round

Don't do it. I know this is dead hour and mods have already made the decision on whether or not to, but restarting the round is a bad idea. Who does it benefit? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only people it would benefit are Jericho and Riotkiller. Now, correct me if I'm wrong again, but I think Jericho would not run if manhunt was decomped (which it would be) and I don't think Riot would have the motivation of running another 10 days on Jan 2.0.

didn't read thread what's the point of having a single account w/ only one key instead of doing one of the thousand possibilties to prevent getting hl'd

Actually, the more I think about it, it does make sense to just remove everyones' refund keys and have the risky of Vancy getting linked.
A modded alt with just the refund key.

It'd prevent the competition from being perpetually delayed & multiple people can be logged into at one time.

The fact remains that the round can't be unpaused until Lucid puts a confirmation box on refunds, because now every troll under the sun knows that you can put a refund link (which most of them know from having commandeered mod accounts at one time or another) in a broken image and it'll force mods to refund games.
Just remove hte refund key from all accounts and have a specific account that can do refunds which the mods can log into solely to press the button. Hardly anything gets refunded nowadays and lucid won't do anything anyway.
this would slow down the refund process since it'd bottleneck with one person. In some ways though, given the stringent requirements for refunds, it makes sense to have them all pass the admin's desk anyway.

But yeah, the key issue is the exploit because this'll keep happening so long as it's not resolved.

Admin keys can't be added/removed. So Vancy himself would still get owned by that.
