Don't do it. I know this is dead hour and mods have already made the decision on whether or not to, but restarting the round is a bad idea. Who does it benefit? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only people it would benefit are Jericho and Riotkiller. Now, correct me if I'm wrong again, but I think Jericho would not run if manhunt was decomped (which it would be) and I don't think Riot would have the motivation of running another 10 days on Jan 2.0.
After careful deliberation and weighing our options carefully, we have decided to unpause the round. Given the unique circumstances, coming to a decision was not easy. However, we feel that resetting the round when no individual games were comprised (like they would be in a round where someone had cheated), but instead were refunded, that resetting the round would only cause more dissatisfaction to other players. Had this occurred earlier in the round, we may have considered a different course of action.
