It is a person who doesn't experience sexual attraction. Many still experience romantic attraction and they may participate in sex for reasons other then their desire, like reproduction, or to satisfy their partner. There are also people who don't experience romantic attraction, they are called aromantics, or aros for short.

i was going to be a Mean Dude and tell you to google it, but frankly it's easier just to say that i means i think sex is generally gross and i don't really enjoy it ever. do i still get sexual urges? every now and then.

Queer is an umbrella term for pretty much any non-hetero or non-cis person. Gay means attracted to the same gender.
