Serious Sandbox Games?

Anyone up for some passworded serious sandbox games?

I've been in too many sandbox games where the players just random vote and go "who cares it's sandbox". It really gets on my nerves and frustrates me.

I play in sandbox for the laid-back feel not to just randomly vote and lurk most of the game.

I would also like to start organizing an EpicMafia tournament. It will be an international tournament of the most seasoned veterans but also skilled underdogs. The tournament will be sponsored by Redbull and Razer in the name of E-Sports. Prizepool is going to be minimum 1 million dollars, I expect much from you sandbox!
