On epicmafia.com, do you feel your name and avatar directly affect quality of game?

Obviously your attitude, play style and skill affects game quality but have you given any thought as to how your name and avatar affect your games?

Given the sarcastic reply I will elaborate. I find an unassuming name and a humorous avatar go a long way in disarming your opponents distrust of you.

Maybe at first but as soon as people get a vague idea that you're a person who plays on this site it doesn't much matter.

Do they get a vague understanding of that by playing with you or do they have to find out over many games that you do in fact play epicmafia.

i always have fresh avatars along with memorable names, and that's part of the formula to successfully getting trophies and modship.

the reason KrisoftheDead was such a bad player is that he had a bad name and unremarkable avatar, so i would like to believe that i am at least better than KrisoftheDead.

if i have no avatar, that implies that i couldn't choose a fitting avatar to project onto my e-profile and thus can't be trusted with most decisions, like hammering.

Oh perhaps I misunderstood. Yeah I think my own avatar impacts the quality of my own playing, but not as a result of other people treating me differently.

my avatar affects my attitude. if my avatar isn't raw as heck, then i wont play well
