Randomizing (?) mafia order of actions was a bad idea. It seems now that mafia cannot strategize who leads on a kill, which makes it harder in many setups to play optimally and unfairly gives town an advantage, especially in setups containing bomb/watcher where mafia can easily get into autoloss. Please go back to first mafia to vote leads.
Revert back to mafia being able to choose who leads instead of random.

Did the person vote first and then unvote while you were still voting? I think in that case you have to unvote too, but that's the only scenario I can think of.
This too. It could be anything. Maybe whoever votes first after the watcher chooses their target (even if the person voting doesn't land on the watcher's target) remains first in the watcher report. It may be random, it may not be. I doubt that lucid did this on purpose without notification and that this is just a bug. Trying to replicate it is the best idea for now
We're basically going to have nothing left until the glitches get fixed. It's really annoying having to constantly remove setups that don't work anymore for whatever reason.
Regardless don't remove the setups because we can't just remove all setups with certain roles like watcher/tracker/bomb. This is a large game mechanic and I suggest pausing the Round until it gets fixed.
Link more games, maybe it has to do with whoever is highest on the list of players on the left, or perhaps it has something to do with the order of actions done at night, or maybe is has something to do with if someone else voted no one, etc. Finding a pattern might help if one exists.

i think epicmafia mechanics cease to work in gai and kittenz because they are bad setups. think of them as like the bermuda triangle of epicmafia because they are so bad.
