Instead of the 1500 points to get into comp you should have to take a 50 question test over mechanics and common roles that are used. You are required to get at least 80% and no more then 92% to pass. That way we can eliminate 70% of the comp userbase and I can play fancy pants without getting judged

Your logic is flawed because you had to learn it(by taking the test multiple times) then you are actively using it. If you just used a cheat sheet then you are just a bad person
