Drawing over Auto Loss for Town

In a situation where you are a member of the town forced into a meteor due to scum NKing and it is mylo, is it acceptable to force NL and draw the game over taking autoloss due to conflicting votes?

I feel this needs more public opinion and elaboration because I had a hard time deciding whether I felt this instance here was GT or not.

I initially felt it was a note given the circumstances put under them, as sneak (in this case) was forced to either vote her town-read or NL due to Kart being insistent on her vote, but had dissenting opinions from another mod (and Kart herself) that the intent was clearly there in sneak's case to just draw it over taking a loss. You can read my comments in the report section as to what I was thinking at the time.

that would still force a nl given that he wouldn't have majority, it was two vs two and kart wasn't changing her mind.

no shifter keeps his vio too. there was a chance his townread/scumread was wrong so fhpov sneak could have been voting nl as maf. sneak wasn't the last to vote, if he forced nl after cyber had voted then it wouldn't be gt, but he voted before cyber so it is gt.
shifter was forced to vote himself or NL in that situation, which from his perspective is autoloss, therefore it's not the same case.
why couldn't he vote sneak or kart?

sneak decided to take the win from mafia by drawing on a slim chance that shifter was town, shifter was forced into a lose/lose situation due to kart and the last mafia voting him. self-voting in his case wouldn't have changed anything.

If you're town or mafia getting lynched it is not a game throw.
yeah but that would mean a town who isn't being lynched voted nl and that townie is the one who threw

sneak keeps their violation & Stifler loses his, stifler only loses his violation because the lynch was either himself which is a 100% loss or just letting the mafia win; either way he was going to lose - that just speaks to his morals as a player if anything. IF sneak was getting lynched and Stifler still forced NL then he'd deserve the violation. I think the ruling right now is fine stifler is just a sore loser.

Also - have lucid code in the meteor message that it will result in a loss on your record & loss of your heart so that no one can use the defence of ignorance in the future.

IT IS STILL GT- BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHETHER U ARE LOSING OR NOT. YOU COULD BE WRONG ABOUT UR FOS. UNLESS THERE IS A REPORT, WHICH OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT THE CASE.

it clearly mentions in the red text that you will lose if you force nl. anybody who plays mafia can read and understand red text.
