You claimed cop very late into the day, and guiltied your cc. You need to be more proactive. If you'd claimed at the start of the day, that game could have been turned around.
Furthermore, Nate was able to play well enough to distance himself from me, and interact with the two people you cleared well enough to sway their opinions. The lynch D2 was between me and Name, and Nate used the information available to dance around everyone.
