Thanks man - I did only cardio for several months and lost 20 lbs or so. Last 4-5 months I've been lifting 5 days/week with one day of cardio. Hardest part of bulking is eating enough "healthy" stuff.
My diet literally consists of only oatmeal, eggs, apples, geek yogurt, brown rice and chicken combined in different ways.
Sweet work, Antidote. The cut on the bicep is impressive, and your tricep isnt bad either; the weightloss likely means cardio, so i take it your lower body isnt bad as well. Might wanna boost obliques as well as lower abs while making the cardio more intense, in the price of upper body as well as cutting more carbs from your diet for proteins ( thats a general rule of thumb tho, i have no idea how you eat ) to get that last bit from your stomach gone, so you can start bulking without feeling guilty. Might as well combine the two. Best of luck.

Good job antidote. You have won this life. According to me growing up and having a fit and agile body means you have succeeded in life. Otherwise one just scrapes through life doing everyday stuff and enabling the fit people to enjoy their lives.
