Maybe Governor? Seeing as you wanted to move Peach. And I thought Peasely for shrink because he would help Mario and Luigi just in time right before some of the battles.

Peasely could be Watcher or Shrink mainly because of his role in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.

No I think it looks great. There's no need to get all the sparkly stuff in his dome head.
I made him lawyer until I find something better. I still hate it.
