NEW PROPOSAL: Surgeon can choose to "Perform Heart Transplant". If he selects yes visits 2 people each night. The first person he visits, he kills them, and takes their heart. To the second person, he performs heart transplant, giving them an extra life. (Like CM). Can do this once a game. If he selects no, then he just nurses the first person.
