If there is worry that the loudmouth will be autocleared to whole town make it a system message that reveals all the visits. Such as: "Someone yells out that Brobat and nadaaver visited them during the previous night." This way loudmouth only reveals certain information. Me and Nada might know who the loudmouth is, but now everyone knows we are visiting roles. Obviously Loudmouth shouldn't shout if he dies.

If we would have a troll role that would tell everyone who visited them, I'd rather have one that doesn't clear himself as well.

Only problem I can see with this is that after the first person visits them, they become identified as a loudmouth rather than blue, and are clear.
