We should have a collaboration of 100 mods. Players who we all know and mods trust/choose. They should be able to mass vote on reports outcomes. NV, Note, Warning, Suspension. This would make the mod's jobs easier. They just have to pay attention the reports that come up Warning or Suspension.
Each report must be voted on by at least 13 of the 100 jurors before a Mod can see the Jury Mod Verdict Stats on the report.
So thank you all for your interest. We did some tests that some of you may or may not know about, in order to just see how it would go. I was thinking most reports everyone should be on the same page and I was wrong, but that is also because everyone is new to it. Here are the links so you can see them. Since they are locked you can comment here, please don't troll it too much.
1 - mods chose these people, they shouldn't be your average players.
2 - If the majority of reports are no vios, this literally eats up 60% of your job so mods can focus on the real reports.
3 - The rules are written, how mods interpret and apply them, if outside of what is written, then those reasons need to be added to the rules. I literally have a degree in literature. Adding or taking away from what is negatively or possitively said doesn't make a bunch of higher up mods right about their interpretation of the rules. Weak argument man.
