This is a common problem on em and it should be fixed some how. These are two instances that seem to be common:

1. someone always lynches someone that they do not like or refuse to try to read them

2. someone lynches someone merely because they will not vote/cross at the time that the person asks.

I think that this should be cracked down upon or the culture should change here some to stop it
