I understand that we are trying to make this a friendlier place maybe to keep people around, or even some how, keep the place funded by avoiding some sort of violation. But if someone can still tell someone else to stfu or drink bleach, ect. and that person cannot use the full voice of language, whether in swearing, or cap locks when needed, you've supressed the game too much.

For a group of people who wanted this site so freedom of speech based, yet you still allow harassment all the time, the limits that are being placed on the game are destroying the ability to play it.

Remove the caps lock and speech filters if you are not going to actually deal with harassment in reports.
