Uh I "compared" the mental illness of gender dysphoria to the mental illness of pedophilia, the only thing I said they have in common is that they're both mental illnesses. GD is definitely a crippling lifelong illness, at best you can transition and become a passable trans person, but you will NEVER be CIS and that's the unfair, fucked up problem and why gender dysphoria/transgenderism is not a "good" thing.
Then we're more similar in thought than I believed with my first comment. I would agree with not letting those with the condition have jobs that heavily involve children, on the same basis that those with seizures aren't allowed to operate heavy machinery. But it shouldn't be treated like you're a sex offender - you didn't do anything wrong, and we're just protecting society from the worst-case scenario.
I don't find anything funny about extrajudicial killing tbh, especially when so many people sincerely believe it would be okay to do that.
I'm against the death penalty for any criminals and believe that even Hitler, if brought to trial, should've been given life in prison and not the death penalty. True, those pedophiles who act on their urges are probably the single evilest demographic around, and I don't want my posts where I try to STOP those with the illness from becoming monsters through medication and therapy to misconstrue my hatred for them, like I hate all rapists.

I'm on the 'live and let live' side of things. If a person has pedophilic tendencies, to me they're sick in the head and shouldn't work with children, and they can stay the hell away from mine. Me saying to gas them all is a comedic stretch. They can receive help and be 'cured,' sure, not gonna pretend like that side is something I understand, but unless that urge is purged then there seems to be no reason to let them around children.
Although I do feel genocidal to people who've acted on those urges. *That's* one of the most evil, disgusting things anyone could do, corrupt the youth and innocence of a child, and I would gladly leave them dead in a ditch.

Just because a mental condition causes dangerous thoughts doesn't mean it has to lead to harmful actions. The fear of those thoughts turning into actions is no reason to advocate death for those who are unfortunate to have the condition, it's a reason to advocate mental health treatments for them.
