After a setup receives 10 or more upvotes, it is available for red heart play
If you win, consider picking a closed roles setup. I've always wanted one of those as a comp setup, and there are quite a few good ones out there.
Also, how does a setup become ranked?

every qualifying user submits a pic of their balls n whoever has the biggest ones gets to select the comped setups
the top 3 winners of the previous round get to pick 2 setups each to be comped
